Distinguished for his talent and creativity on the national food scene, Chef Greg hailes from St.Thomas Virgin Island.  After living and working in NYC, and having traveled around the world, he believes in cooking that comes from a real kitchen. Chef Greg prepares his menu with the idea that everything is fresh and from scratch. ​

 

With over 35 years experience Chef Greg, who oversees our company’s kitchen operations has cooked for celebrities such as Matt Damon and Morgan Freeman: political figures such as Malala Fousafzai, executive board members for Fox and Disney studios as well as athletes like the Redskins football team. Chef Greg is a true culinary artist – passionate, eclectic, well-trained and innovative. Attuned to the changing tastes and trends in food.  Seasonal offerings range from modern twists on classic American cuisine to the most avant garde ethnic and fusion menus.

Chef Greg has had the honor of being featured in some notable publications such as the Virginia Pilot, Washingtonian Magazine just to name a few. Chef Greg was also honored to be included in the widely received book entitled Toques in Black, which highlights one hundred of the top Black Chefs in the United States.
